MANCHESTER ROLLER HOCKEY CLUB SUMMER CAMP SPAIN COSTA BRAVA 2002.
The club is in the process of making arrangements for a
weeks summer camp at the end of July 2002.
The cost will be £350-00
and will be for ten days, seven nights in the hotel and
will depart at 7-00 p.m. on Friday 19th July 2002 by luxury coach
from Manchester with additional pick up places if required and returning on the
30th July 2002.
This will be open to all minors, intermediates and
schoolboys.
Any parents and brothers or sisters of players welcome and
will be able to relax on holiday while their children do the hard work.
The camp will be having a full day and evening training
programme with a typical day as follows: -
8:00 Wake up call
8:30 Physical activities
9:00 Breakfast
9:30 Training - physical preparation
& general training
11-30 Individual
technical training
14:00 Lunch
15:00 Free time
17:00 Activities
- Football, Swimming, Tennis & games etc
19-00 Dinner
20:30 Hockey
Tournaments with local Spanish clubs.
22:30 Free time
23:00 Lights out

Accommodation will be in a three star hotel with all rooms
en-suite. The hotel has it's own swimming pool and sun terrace, plus satellite
T.V. Entertainment programme three nights per week.
Half board inclusive. With in walking distance of the sports
centre and the beach and shops.
Also included in the trip is a day out to Barcelona and a further half-day outing
to be arranged.
We can only arrange the training camp if we have a minimum
of 40 children on the camp. We will therefore be offering the camp to other clubs
in England.

A deposit of £100
will be required before 28th
February 2002, payable to Manchester Roller Hockey Club. This is
refundable, if by the 28th February 2002, insufficient numbers take
up the offer. No refunds will be made on the deposit after this date.
